Jim Cuddihy
For almost 45 years Jim Cuddihy has been an award-winning Realtor and Broker selling and marketing over four thousand properties! Additionally, Jim has developed several communities including Jordan on the James and Mayfield Farms, both in Prince George County. Jim's passion has driven him to find the perfect home for the families he serves. Throughout his career, Jim has worked closely with builders, and his desire for quality homes led him to getting his Class A Contractor's License. About this time, the Woman-Centric Matters floor plans caught his attention. This was the perfect solution! With Woman-Centric homes, details of everyday living are incorporated into the home plans giving families livable spaces that enhance their lives.
On his days off, Jim loves to fish or play an occasional round of golf with his wife, Bonnie. They love to travel and visit family and friends. Holidays are a special time and center on family activities, such as the annual 4th of July parade and cookout, with the grandchildren swimming in the river and taking a boat ride with their "Pops". It's all about family!!!
Wray Ellis
Most any day, you will find Wray on the job site working with our various subcontractors, suppliers and inspectors. Wray oversees the daily progress and follows each home from the first shovel of dirt to the landscaping details. Wray's background in the service industry and his work with youth sporting activities gives him the compassion and understanding to target exactly what a client's needs may be, going above and beyond to provide outstanding service.
Originally from the Tidewater area, Wray resides in Prince George. On his day off, Wray can typically be found on the golf course or fishing in a Bass tournament.
